In a series of training exercises, the Sidereal may encourage those under his command to perform their duties in the most auspicious manner. This Charm trains a military unit and requires five or more hours of drilling and practice battles in a week to be effective. The Charm increases the Drill of the unit by one per week of training, to a maximum of Drill 4. Additionally, she picks one Trait to improve: Strength, Stamina, Martial Arts, or Melee. In each week of training, the members of the unit can raise one such trait to a maximum of four or the Sidereal's trait, whichever is lower.

Expanding her experience in training others, the Sidereal learns to train intellectuals in a similar manner. This requires five hours of work per week to be effective. He may choose one trait to raise every week: Intelligence, Perception, Craft, Lore, Occult, or Medicine. In each week of training, the members of the unit can raise one such trait to a maximum of four or the Sidereal's trait, whichever is lower.
