Maduka Shin runs the Kether Rock training facility for Cult of the Illuminated Solars. His training (or is it her?) traning focuses on hardship, and that Solars must always face adversity. This is quite different than VenerableSilk 's SequesteredTabernacle facility. There is a third CotI facility that is left unspecified in canon.
