The Playground of Breezes

Description
Located in a high valley in the Northern Threshold, the Playground of Breezes appears to be a small but elegant pleasure dome made entirely of ice, supported by exquisitely carved ice pillars and surrounded by gardens of strange white flowers with a wonderfully refreshing scent.
In the precise centre of the dome is an ornate fountain, carved like everything else of ice and bubbling up with blue-white Essence. Breathing the air near this fountain for long often causes creatures of mortal birth to become euphoric and faintly intoxicated; it has a much more powerful effect on spirits and elementals, and the Manse is permanently occupied by a number of very happy, very drunk zephyrs. Visitors are welcome to remain and attune to the Manse, so long as they do not damage it or harm the occupants.
