Infallible Messenger
Spend 3 Will. You speak a message, and as you speak, your words form a messenger spirit. When you finish speaking, the messenger flies swiftly to deliver your message to the intended recipient. It can fly at hundreds of miles an hour and reach anywhere in the same plane of existence within a day or so.
When it arrives, only the recipient can see or hear it. It delivers the message in your voice, then dissipates to nothing. You can Influence with the Infallible Messenger, but you cannot use charms when you do. The recipient can destroy the messenger by swatting it.
