This stuff has been kicking around in my head for a while. The basic idea was to make an Exalted Modern campaign based kind of on the Superhero ethic. This stuff has been kicking around in my head for a while. The basic idea was to make an Exalted Modern campaign based kind of on the Superhero ethic.
