Mnemon Raza
An arrogant, incompetent oaf who served as commander of the Cherak Imperial garrison until a daring raid by the Heroes of Chaos left him humiliated and with 2 broken legs. He now spends each passing hour hoping for a chance of revenge against the Anathema who embarrassed him so. He does so with a limp, and without luxury of a prestigious command.
