So when the effects break, does everybody realize what's happened or is there a grace period as with Mist on Water (the Solar Thrown Charm)? Also, while bystanders may not notice anything while the charm is in effect, will they be able to piece together the events that preceded the creation of the 'private audience'? It's a cool charm, just looking for clarity.-[[Ambisinister]]

: Ooh, both good points. Should probably specify in the Charm. Bystanders might be able to piece together stuff that happened, but they'll have to use investigative methods to do it - they won't retroactively remember. When the Charm shatters, it just shatters, no grace period. If the Abyssal is the one ending it, of course, he can pull up other Stealth Charms before turning it off. Added to the Charm desc. Also made a slight note so that a small loophole I just noticed gets closed - as written before, the user could just turn this on and stroll anywhere totally unnoticed. - FrivYeti

Abyssal Stealth Charms

Intimate Assasination Method

Cost: 5 motes, 1 Willpower
Type: Reflexive
Duration: One Scene
Min. Stealth: 5
Min. Essence: 3
Prereqs: Splinter of the Mind's Eye

The character shifts the focus of a gathering, ensuring that a private... audience... can be held in even the most crowded circumstances. The character targets a single being. This Charm targets the character, the being in question, and anyone else specifically paying attention to either character. Everyone else is excluded.

Those affected by the Charm will be completely ignored by anyone who is not affected by the Charm, unless they do one of three things: move more than (the user's Essence x10 yards) away from the user's location at activation of the Charm, directly attack or otherwise physically interact with someone not affected by the Charm, or activate a perfect effect designed to attract attention. Failing this, only a perfect awareness effect can penetrate the Charm's effects. Anything else taking place within the Charm's area of effect will be ignored, from a simple conversation to a brutal fight to a horrible assasination. This Charm may not be activated more than once per scene; if the character ruins the Charm, she may not re-activate it. Once someone within the Charm successfully breaks it, its effects end completely.

When the Charm ends, all bystanders may immediately interact with those under the Charm's effects as they would without the Charm. However, they will not retroactively remember anything that happened under the Charm's effects, and if the Abyssal has slipped off, they will not automatically know that he or she was present. Investigation of what occured is possible, and in the absence of Charms to prevent it, with function as though the Charm had not been used (possibly confusing investigators further as they wonder how something occured five feet from a crowd without any witnesses).
