You also get 1 die for interacting with something another player contributed. Like, if your ST says, "You're fighting in a bamboo forest," then you can get a stunt die for interacting with the bamboo. You get this even if you didn't describe it in a cool way, but again, you're not the authority on "interacting," although I don't think that there are many cases where this could sensibly be in honest dispute. Or, if another character yells, "Duck!" then you can get a stunt die for obediently ducking. This bonus stacks when you're interacting with elements introduced by multiple players.

Stunts

Okay, so, stunts are cool in a subtle way; they structure the interaction of players in a thoughtful manner. But they're not thoughtful enough.

Here is my new stunt system!

You can get 1 die for describing something cool. It doesn't have to be an action of your character! You could be doing something totally mundane, but if you bother describing it in a way that makes the game more interesting, then you get a stunt. Note that you are not the authority on "more interesting."

The maximum number of dice you get per stunt is still 3. You get moteFourWillowsWeeping/Stunts/Willpower rewards regardless of the success of the stunt.
