Dragonblooded Archery Charms

I don't know how balanced the following charm is, but I like the idea of including other people in a combo.

Gift of Emerald Essence Volley

Cost: 1m per 2 dice
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Archery: 5
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Seven-Year Swarm Volley

The Exalt adds two dice to the Dex+Archery pools of up to twice her Essence allies for each mote invested in this charm, he can not contribute more dice than his own Archery + relevant speciality total. An archer affected by this charm may not benefit from more dice than his Archery + relevant speciality. The Exalt must fire at least one arrow himself, but he himself is not affected by the charm. The Volley is fired on the Exalt's initiative.

If included in a combo, this charm allows each individual affected to benefit from every other Archery charm (as well as charms specifically stating they can be used in comboes with charms from other abilities) in the combo. The exalt must spend 1 WP to activate the combo, but the cost of the individual charms in the combo is doubled.

If a combo includes this charm, all Simple, Extra Action and Supplemental charms (except this one) MUST be used on all shots fired by the Exalt and his archers. A combo including this charm can also not be used unless the Exalt has at least one other archer by his side. If a combo includes an Extra Action charm, the Exalt's archers must be drilled in the use of the combo before they can be part of it.

Exempli Gratia: Basic use: An Essence 3 DB with 6 archers (all with Archery 3) uses this charm to fire a Volley. The Exalt fires with his normal dice pool and spends 2 motes to increase the dice pools of his 6 companions by 3.

Exempli Gratia: Simple Combo: Gift of Emerald Essence Volley + Life-Swelling Sap Strike.
Cost: 1WP + (2m (+3 dice) + 3m (LSSS)) * 2 = 1WP + 10m.

The Exalt signals to his archers and fires the leading shot. The six archers add 3 dice to their Dex+Archery totals and any undead hit by their shots suffer Agg damage. The Exalt does not add dice to his shot, but his arrow is affected by LSSS and does Agg damage.

Exempli Gratia: EA Combo: Gift of Emerald Essence Volley + Swallows Defend the Nest + Life-Swelling Sap Strike.
Cost: 1WP + (2m (+3 dice) + 3m (3 shots) + 9m (LSSS on 3 shots)) * 2 = 1WP + 28m.
[Insert cosmetics here]
The Exalt signals and he and his squad of archers fire three arrows each in quick succession, all fired at full dice pool with +3 to the six archers' dice pools.

Comments

Obviously a powerful charm, but any comboes using it will be quite expensive. Also limited in that it doesn't add dice to the Exalt's shots. However, a party of seven exalted archers could be a potential nightmare.

Cost issues: Deadly Wildfire Legion adds 1m per ally affected to cost, but lasts an entire scene.
