Shapechanging
A note on Appearance, Charisma and Manipulation:
Appearance is used as the Charm for cosmetic changes to the Lunar's appearance.
Manipulation is used for changes to the Lunar's form that are meant to sway how others think, feel or act.
Charisma is used for any other shapechanging.
A Lunar always uses their natural Appearance for the purposes of Charms, although they otherwise adopt the Appearance of whatever they look like.

Masking the Brilliant Form

Cost: 2 motes per reduction

Shaping the Ideal Form

Cost: 2 motes per die
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 2
Minimum Essence: 1
Prerequisite Charms: None

Allows a Lunar to subtly (or blatantly) make themselves more appealing and attractive; they can add their up to their Appearance in dice to any Charisma or Manipulation roll meant to influence others opinions, or to disguise the Lunar's true appearance.
Shaping the Ideal Form cannot cover up the Lunar's silver tattos, nor does it disguise their Tell in any fashion.

Blossoming Gift of Luna

Cost: 2 motes, (1 Willpower)
Duration: Essence in turns, or until released.
Type: Simple
Minimum Appearance: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Shaping the Ideal Form

Manifests one of the Lunar's Deadly Beastman Shape Gifts, which they can use in their otherwise still human form. This costs either 2 motes, if the Gift will only remain out for a number of turns equal to the Lunar's Essence, or 2 motes and 1 Willpower, in which case it will last until released.

Many-Faced Moon Transformation

Cost: 5 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Appearance: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Shaping the Ideal Form

A Lunar may use Many-Faced Moon Transformation to either swap genders, or assume the appearance of a particular person.
If they swap genders, the change is permanent until swapped again. A Lunar's True Form is of both sexes.
If they are emulating a specific person whom they have not consumed the heart's blood of, then any other radical shape changing will disrupt the disguise, and the Charm will need to be used again- but otherwise, the physical form of the disguise is perfect.
Many-Faced Moon Transformation is not neccesary to emulate a person whom the Lunar has devoured the Heart's blood of, and provides no alteration to the Lunar's physical Attributes except for Appearance.

Wonderous Lunar Transformation

Cost: 5 motes, 1 Willpower, 1 Health Level
Duration: One day and night
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Many-Faced Moon Transformation

Allows the Lunar to transform any willing subject into any shape that they have in their library of shapes. This Charm requires an uninterupted ten minutes, and inflicts a level of lethal damage on the subject.
So changed, the subject retains all their mental facilities, but are physical whatever shape they are bound into. They may not end the transformation early, although the Lunar who used the Charm may.

Tool Hand Technique

Cost: 4 motes per success
Duration: Until released
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Shaping the Ideal Form

Tool Hand Technique allows a Lunar to transform their body into whatever tools they need for their craft at hand. This lets them convert up to their Attribute (whichever is being used) into automatic successes.
Tool Hand Technique can also be made widely applicible- with a stunt, it is possible to use it to help climb, swim, break things, or perform almost any task in which having an appropriate tool is a boon.
If used as a weapon, Tool Hand Technique provides only Essence points to distribute between Speed, Accuracy, Damage, Defense and Rate. These points may be shifted around reflexively once per turn, even before the Lunar's initative.

Shaping the Still Form

Cost: 1 mote per raw cubic foot, 1 Health Level, (1 xp)
Duration: Indefinite / Instant
Type: Simple
Minimum Manipulation: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Tool Hand Technique

Shaping the Still Form lets a Lunar reshape 'dead' matter (such as metal, animal hides, or planks of wood) as he wishes. This lets him convert all his Dexterity or Intelligence dice on a Crafting roll into automatic successes.
However, this change is temporary- it lasts only until the Lunar releases the Essence bound into the matter, at which point the construct breaks down. The Lunar may alternatively spend 1 xp to make the change permanent without needing to forever committ the Essence.

Fish Tail Form

Cost: 5 motes
Duration: Indefinite
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Shaping the Ideal Form

Allows a Lunar to survive indefinitly underwater, and to move in water at twice his normal swimming rate.

Rat Head Technique

Cost: 4 motes
Duration: Until released
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Fish Tail Form, Tool Hand Technique

Turns the Lunar's bones softer and squisher, more apt and able to bend rather than break. They are capable of squeezing into any opening they can fit their head into, although moving through such cramped quarters is extremely difficult, and the Lunar moves at only 1 yard per turn.
Additionally, you lose your natural Lethal soak while in using Rat Head Technique. However, your Bashing soak gains a bonus equal to your Essence.

Body of Water

Cost: 8 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 5
Minimum Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Rat Head Technique

Body of water turns the Lunar's form into pure water. Althoug they, by default, still retain their normal shape they can freely compress down into a puddle and flow into anything which is not waterproof. They move at their normal rate on land, or twice that in the water.
Being made of water makes the Lunar more difficult to see, and adds 2 to the difficulty of any attack made against them, 4 if the Lunar is fully immersed in a pool of clear water. Additionally, non-magical attacks (attacks made of a weapon not made of the Five Magical Materials or enhanced by a Charm) cannot hurt the Lunar in this form, and other attacks are automatically reduced to only dealing the minimum damage.
The Lunar is incapable of making any normal attack themself in this form, although they can still make clinch attacks.

Flying Squirrel Technique

Cost: 5 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 2
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: None

Adds skin flaps beneath the arms which vastly extend jumping distances.
Triple horizontal jumping distances ones. However, in an area with powerful winds, you will need to make a Dexterity + Athletics roll, with a difficulty of 1 (for only modest gusts) to 5 (for sailing in a hurricane) to avoid being blown off course.
Additionally, if you are falling, you may move three yards horizontally for every yard vertically. Reduce the distance you've fallen by 10 feet for every point of Dexterity and Atheletics you have, for the purposes of calculating damage.

Soaring Raiton's Wings

Cost: 7 motes
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Flying Squirrel Technique

Replaces a Lunar's arms with wings. They may still make kick or bite attacks, and has the following flying movement speeds:

Combat Soar: Dexterity + 35
Combat Flight: 1/2 Combat Soar
Maximum Speed: (Dexterity x3 + 80)
Verticle Lift: (Dexterity + Athletics) x3 yards
Combat Vertical Lift: (Dexterity + Athletics)x2 yards

Lunars using Soaring Raiton's Wings may make fly-by attacks. Trying to fly in high winds is still difficult, but the Lunar converts their Dexterity into automatic successes.

Celestial Dove's Wings

Cost: 10 motes, 1 Willpower
Duration: One Scene
Type: Simple
Minimum Charisma: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Soaring Raiton's Wings

Grows a set of wings on the Lunar's back, enabling full flight. They move at the same speeds as with the Soaring Raiton's Wings, and may make flyby attacks. Trying to fly in high winds is still difficult, but the Lunar converts their Dexterity into automatic successes.
