I recall seeing that the average person in Creation can move approximately 25 miles a day in ten hours, with appropriate breaks. However, the larger an Army is, the slower it moves- more people mean more hold ups, more delays, and larger supply lines.

Base Movement Rates

An army is capable of easy marching 10 + (Communication x 2) miles per day. They can also go half again this fast by running, but each day spent running inflicts a level of damage from exhaustion on the Army. This exhaustion damage goes away at a rate of 1 per day spent not moving, but can result in an Army breaking.

For the Five Basic Armies, that means the following-\\ A Fang can cover 26 miles a day marching, or 39 miles a day running.\\ A Scale can cover 24 miles a day marching, or 36 miles a day running.\\ A Talon can cover 22 miles a day marching, or 33 miles a day running.\\ A Wing can cover 20 miles a day marching, or 30 miles a day running.\\ A Dragon can cover 18 miles a day marching, or 27 miles a day running.
