The Wyld Hunt is a Dragonblooded game that I ran between December of 2006 and April of 2007. It was to serve as a "side story" to our then-current Abyssals campaign (which is, I fear, far too extensive to ever post in full). The PCs played various Dragonblooded scions sent to protect and manage a satrapy on the boundary of Thorns.  Various intrigues resulted.

I learned a lot of things while playing the game. I gained a healty respect for the abilities and the limitations of 1e Dragonbloods, I learned that one Celestial level antagonist does not match up well against FIVE Terrestrials, that sometimes the best ideas come from random suggestions, and that Five Dragon Style actually does have some useful charms in it.

Some notable things I liked about this campaign were the interactions with NPCs: Talek and Mnemon, Keshin's humble heroism, Kalan's erstwhile flame elemental, and the fact that they were all determined to save Avaku.  I was never completely satisfied with the ending to all this, but it was what the players wanted, and there was much heroism to go around.

I imagine that the only people interested in reading these logs are the players. (If I'm wrong, feel free to comment and tell me what you think of the adventure) Since they've already played the game, I'm going to try to add a bit throughout for them by inserting various observations about what went wrong, what went right, and what just went weird.

I imagine that the only people interested in reading these logs are the players. (If I'm wrong, feel free to comment and tell me what you think of the adventure) Since they've already played the game, I'm going to try to add a bit throughout for them by inserting various observations about what went wrong, what went right, and what just went weird.
