Personality
Yushoto Li-Lin would have everyone believe that she is nothing but a dilettante that the Lookshy General Staff was happy to exile to a far off post. However, though she spends large amounts of time in the bars and houses of negotiable affection, there is no-one who will believe that her post would be given to an empty headed pleasure seeker. Her position as the head of the Embassy in Silver River marks her as the chief receiver and compiler of secrets for the region, and she takes that seriously. However, when off duty, she parties as hard as any Seventh Legion Soldier on leave.
Capabilities
She is known to be quite proficient in social situations and has numerous charms to back her up in this area. Her fighting style is mostly predicated upon her artifacts, which include Discrete Essence Armor and Jade Talon Bracelets, though she has some basic melee and dodge charms.
