Agent Copper Hill is a mortal field agent who commonly serves as discrete transport for documents and agents in the Thorns area. His cover is that of a merchant and minor smuggler. We're fairly certain that his cover is still intact. (Yes, there's a picture of him. Rather good looking, in a forgettable way.)
