More so then their brothers and sisters amongst the Fivescore Fellowship the Chosen of Saturn have a harder job.  At least a harder job for the psyche.  They must insure people are dying when they should be.  It is not a pleasent task all the time and weighs heavily on them but no matter the impassioned pleas they do what they must.  The Sidereal adds their Conviction in dice to any Integrity pool for the rest of the scene.

Many Gods and Exalted often find the words of a Vizier a bit hard to follow.  Where others might speak plainly a Sidereal knows a thousand koans of wisdom filtering through their mind.  Speaking one of these parables aloud may not given any wisdom to those who hear it but others can not help but find their subconscious muddling over it which incidently serves to grant them the Vizier's Integrity in bonus dice to their MDDV.

To move unchanged through the world is something that those who are touched by Mercury have mastered but those who know Saturn's will are not helpless to the reality bending powers of others.  This charm can be used in two ways.  In its first use it can be used to counter a Shaping attack against the character.  This can not stop undodgeable shaping attacks and carries one of the four flaws of invulnerability.  In its second use it breaks any long term shaping effects on the character.

Like Lawgivers and Stewards the Viziers are no stranger to unfailing dedication.  While a Solar sets themself to an ideal and a Lunar to gaurd something the Sidereal enforces their motivation or to one of the plans endorsed by a superior.  Should a Sidereal complete their motivation or that plan be sufficiently resolved to no longer be followable the Sidereal can change what this charm supports to another.  They can also do this by spending a point of Experience at anytime.  This charm may be purchased twice.

The Sidereal can now become an elemental of the kind favored by her Maiden.  In theory a Sidereal with a high enough Essence could transform herself directly into a Greater Elemental Dragon through this process though who knows if she would keep her mind.

The Sidereals often wonder at why Autocthon would give his Creation's the Loom Spiders the ability to get fed up with people.  Was not one of the reasons for the Primordial War that the gods had a full suite of emotions and ambitions yet stuck in a roll of endless servitude?  So it often is that when things seem to be going badly things are chalked up to the spite of the spidersSometimes it is the spite of Viziers who invoke the descending aspects of the Rising Smoke.  This charm increases by 1 the difficulties of all rolls the target makes for a scene and grants one success in all rolls against them meant to cause them misfortune.
