<b>Description
Tincture of Shadows and Precepts is attractive to be sure. It however is a cold beauty for she does not have the warmth and affection that many would seek in a partner they wished to live with. She stands taller then most women and is slim and lithe of form. Her cheekbones are high and her eyes are the blue of the north where she hails from. Her long ebon hair is done up carefully. She wears a long jacket with coattails in a dark blue. It closes at the top and opens in the front. Under that is a tight shirt of white which buttons up the front and is long sleeved. Her pants are black and move down to black boots. In one ear she has a silver and pearl earing. At her left side she carries her chain hooksword of Soulsteel, Tradition Unbending. Hidden bellow the thick white shirt she wears is a soulsteel chain shirt designed for her.

Or a blue bodysuit type thing, a darker blue blouse that has sleeves which billow at the end and cover her hands, held at the wrists by black bands, a black vest tightly done up, kneehigh boots of supple leather and her hair done to the right side of her face is hidden by 5 thick bangs and the rest done up and held in place with several silver bands.

Or a dark blue dress. Up and down each arm are black ribbons tied around so that the extra length of the ribbons dangle down a good bit. Her shoes are light and comfortable though usually hidden. Her hair has several tiny braids, a silver ball near the end of each braid. Finally she wears a dark hat which goes out to either side of her head then has two tassels dangling off of it. At her side at a belt rests her hooked chain daiklaive.

Or she is is dressed in a stark red jacket, the sort that bottons up on the side and flows down to ones shins. Its open on her left side past the waist to allow for ease of walking. Under that are dark black pants, almost knee high boots of supple dark leather. The collar of her jacket rises high in the back and her dark hair is held in a single long braid in front of her.

Another outfit is a blue jacket with rather defined shoulders that buttons in the front but flares open past the waist and goes down to her knees. Around the collar and ends of the sleeves is white soft fur. Tight black pants and hard soled dark shoes. The shirt is a simple white one under a black vest with silver thread trim. Her hair is hidden under a hat which rises up some. Large silver loop earings with this attire.

Or she might be wearing a long skirt. A dark sea blue with black and silver threading along the bottom in wave and cloud patterns. A light white blouse that is tucked into the skirt over which a tight black vest holds everything in place(And if she wearn't wearing a shirt would really help to show off the cleavage). Her jacket though over it is of a lighter blue then the skirt but not by much. Her hair is done in a wavy style with loops of pearls woven into it.

Having now ended up having to travel in the south she has picked up a light blue robe set with silver trim and along the bottom dragons. The sleeves extend far enouth to cover her hands when she does not pull them back. Her earrings are black pearl and silver while her long hair is done up to hold it into place with two strong dark bangs in the front.

Starting at the bottom we see black supple leather boots. Tight black pants with the legs going into the boots are next. Farther up from that we can see a deep blue half skirt. It covers the back and sides but is open in the front. In black and silver threading along the skirt are imagry of falcons in flight. Above her belt there is hints of a light blue blouse but it is covered with a dark blue and black corset. Her hair is done up and kept in place with three pearl and silver needles.

History</b>
In Whitewall there was once a woman who worked for the Syndics. In a city of order she was one who helped to keep it. Those who disturbed the order were punished properly and the rules and the law ensured safety for all. Yet the order was not perfect. There were those who would twist it or break it to serve their ends. They had well placed friends and so they could not be curtailed. Yet she did not bend to their bribes when a matter they wished to influence came to her. So knowing she could not be swayed by word or coin she was removed and left for the fae and the cold.

Another choice was offered to her though. A dark offer for revenge and to have the power to ensure order and proper rule was kept. She took it and the houses of those who betrayed her ran with their blood as she went east. She served her new mistress well for a time. She could find and recall ancient pacts and deals made, reminding them of them, and her own deals and agreements were complex and binding enough to confuse even the most cautious. Yet she saw in her mistress the sense of disdain for order and law that she hated. So rather then spend an eternity playing at meaningless order making she fled south.

In the east she saw a land most troubled by discord, a place where law held little sway and saw a place where those who would break order and law and corrupt such things lived strong and untouched. So here she hopes to make a change and destroy those who would do such.
