• Evaluate a "Black Ops" ability vs. making it an extension of Larceny

• Drive, Pilot, and Firearms - need Charms, need disposal into Charm trees

Possible solution: Martial Arts becomes a "new", separate ability (like many people propose), and is replaced in the Dawn tree by Firearms. It's not like MA will be feasible in the first IC year anyway...
