Mistral is a wandering scribe, savant, soothsayer, astrologer and historian. A man given to many talents and prone to a bizzare philosophy of truth and succor. Once upon a time he was the heir to a kindom in the East, a kingdom long since lost and forgotten by everyone and everything, a kingdom that exists only in the memories of a few. No one knows what befel the prince's kingdom and whether Mistral himself knows or not he does not give it more than a moment's thought.
Since casting off the mantle of princedom he has travelled throughout creation learning and teaching, becoming at home in any community he visits. He has travelled as far as the Icewalker lands in the north, the Hundred Kingdoms and the Meander River in the east, the Coral Archipelago of the west and has walked the forbidden roads of Chiaroscuro and tread upon the shadowlands and the Underworld. His collections of lore number as high as the places he has been, never does he leave a land without carrying some of it with him.
For his wisdom he is payed a great deal by Tepet Juno, a ransom to last a normal man a lifetime - and to Juno his council is more than worth the cost. Mistral seems to have no more aspirations than to learn more, and the access that Juno and Lady Aria have to the Lore of House Ledaal interests him greatly. He is a man of many views and never discounts anything as true or false.
Mistral is a tall man, thin but muscular. He usually however keeps his body well covered by his blue and purple savant's robes - since returning from a long journey in the South he finds the Realm too cold for comfort. He is a handsom man with long grey hair, however it is a grey of nature not age, he is in his thirties. Mistral has a long face with sleek eyes of violet so deep they are almost jet black. His voice is soft and deep and he speaks High Realm with no accent. He carries no weapons, in his travels he has always been canny enough to avoid trouble or hire trustworthy protection.
