Appearance
Korimenei is short for a Northerner, but average to tall for anywhere else, with long limbs and an athletic build and Northern-pale skin. Very straight hair the color of a frost-rimed amethyst falls to about her shoulders, usually with part tucked behind an ear, or the whole tied in a tight bun at the nape of her neck. Her eyes are the same shade, large and expressive in an otherwise sharp-planed face.
She doesn't wear makeup, and rarely wears jewelry. Typically, she dresses for a Northern aesthetic: a long ivory coat lined with white fur, matching leather boots, well-worn brown leather pants, a warm wine-purple tunic and scarf, and brown leather gloves. (If she takes off the gloves, one can see that the palm of her right hand is marked with a flawless golden Twilight caste mark; it glows when she spends peripheral Essence, as does the otherwise-invisible mark on her forehead.)
Anima
A shadowy thunderstorm, with bolts of amethyst lightning that wind around Korimenei like a lover's caress. When iconic, the violet light illuminates a figure of brilliant sun-gold behind her: a willowy feminine automaton, oddly resembling a neomah, with huge eyes of Endings-purple.
