Ok so I don't think the "stats" for punching and kicking in the core are appropriate, so here're my ideas on the matter. These are the stats for punches and kicks whether made with Brawl Martial Arts.
Punch: Spd +3, Acc +0, Dmg +0B, Def +0\\ Kick: Spd +1, Acc +0, Dmg +1B, Def -1
