There is a monsterous weapon that rests within the Palace of the Unconquered Sun. It does not gleam like the rest of that structure. The golden gleam of this blade is dulled. Flecks of green verdigris and a brassy sheen are the hallmark of this weapon. One more learned may realize the weapon has all the characteristics of an Orichalcum blade that has been tainted with Vitriol. They might then wonder why it rests in Yu-shan. There is a story to that.
At the end of the Primordial War it was time to cast the soon to be Yozi into their prison. To do that Malfeas would have to suffer the death of one of his Fetiches. This weapon, made by Autocthon for the act, was irrecovably tainted by the act. The entire universe shuddered at the death and the turning inside out of the one ruler of existance. Things would never be the same. Yet...maybe they could.
Though no one realizes it this weapon could offer freedom to Malfeas and so much more. If it is wielded by one they will find that while attuned they can learn and use Malfeas Charms as if they were an Akuma of Malfeas. If its wielder is one of the Exalted who has an Essence of 6 several other things occur. They gain an additional motivation to reach Essence 10 and learn Malfeas Cosmic Principal. Their attunement to this weapon can not be broken and if seperated for longer then a day the weapon will transcend all wards or constraints to return to their side.
Rather then becoming Malfeas though upon learning the charm something else both wonderous and terrible happens. They become the Malfeas that was. The Empyreal Chaos is reborn. Both fetiches, his full soul pantheon, everything is restored to him. No longer a Yozi no oaths bind him. In fact existance itself can not bear two of him in such a fashion and the Yozi called Malfeas just vanishes. Where ever the wielder was when they learned that final charm The Empyreal Chaos stands in his place.
What happens next is hard to know. Seeing the broken nature of the Yozi left stranded in the middle of Cecelyne he may turn his back upon them. He may renew his war with the Exalted or perhaps he will return to the chaos of the Wyld to rally the others. Realizing what has happened and what may happen he may do as Autocthon did or even ally with his once killers against the Neverborn. Thing will never be the same. Yet...maybe they could be. He may be slain again and cast to join his sister and his fellows.
