AbyssalDodge/Scrollreader
Inevitable Evasion of the Void
Cost: 5 motes, 1 willpower Duration: Instant Type: Reflexive Minimum Dodge: 5 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisite Charms: Flickering Wisp Technique
This charm allows the Exalt to dodge any one attack, even those which specifically prohibit dodges, by momentarily shunting himself Elsewhere. This does not require a roll, and is a perfect defense. Should the Exalt be unable to return to whence he left (in the case of an avalanche, or the like) or be unwilling to returns (in the case of a Solar with a flaming sword) he may make a reflexive Dodge+Wits roll at the beginning of his next turn. Each sucess allows him to appear up to (essence) yard from his previous position. The Abyssal may not re-appear in the space occupied by a solid object, though he may displace sand or water. Sucesses are cumulative. However. Exposure to the Void has a price. For each turn he must make this roll to escape the Void, the Exalt takes one unsoakable aggravated level of damage.

If I understand this correctly, you can remain Elsewhere for as long as you can survive...and the Charm provides you a way to escape from persistent area-effects. Interesting. -w
- You understand correctly. I wanted to make this superior to just Unseen Wisp with applicability. I took a slightly different tack with adding applicability to Solar Dodge. The text has been cleaned up to reflect my intent more clearly (I hope). Scrollreader
