Socialise

These Charms use the Unified Project Methodology, Principled Organisation Methodology, Acceptable Influence Methodology, and Crunchy Merit Methodology rules.

Dialectic

Culture Hero Approach

The Solar may start a Cultural project in excess of their normal limit. They may not start a project to influence an organisation with a Magnitude higher than their Essence.

Harmonious Presence Meditation

  • Cost: 5m, 1wp
  • Type: Reflexive
  • Duration: One Cultural project
  • Mins: Socialise 4, Essence 2
  • Prereqs: Culture Hero Approach

This Cultural project has its time increment reduced by one, and cannot be slowed through use of Charms.

Flashing Soul Reform

  • Cost: 10m, 1wp
  • Type: Simple
  • Keywords: Once/story
  • Mins: Socialise 5, Essence 3
  • Prereqs: Harmonious Presence Meditation

The Solar automatically completes a Cultural project with only a scene's worth of effort, allowing them to make an influence roll at the end of the scene. This may not be used on an organisation with a Magnitude higher than the Solar's Essence.

Mastery Of Small Manners

  • Type: Permanent
  • Keywords: Psyche
  • Mins: Socialise 3, Essence 1
  • Prereqs: Culture Hero Approach

While undertaking a Cultural project to influence an organisation, the Solar is considered a native of that organisation by its members (becoming immune to any xenophobic Intimacies the organisation or its members might have). All of its members gain a Minor Tie of respect toward them for the duration.

Humble Servant Approach

  • Type: Permanent
  • Mins: Socialise 5, Essence 3
  • Prereqs: Mastery Of Small Manners, Harmonious Presence Meditation

The leader of an organisation the Solar is influencing cannot use Charms to boost the organisation's Resolve. If they wish to stop the Solar's efforts, they must confront them in person and make them abandon the project.

Unimpeachable Discourse Technique

  • Type: Permanent
  • Mins: Socialise 5, Essence 4
  • Prereqs: Humble Servant Approach

The Solar’s Cultural projects are undetectable until they are completed, unless the organisation’s leader has Charms that specifically watch for such influence.

Wise Counsellor Stance

  • Type: Permanent
  • Mins: Socialise 5, Essence 4
  • Prereqs: Humble Servant Approach

While undertaking a Cultural project to influence an organisation, the Solar may use Charms as though they were that organisation’s leader.

Crowned King Of Eternity

  • Type: Permanent
  • Mins: Socialise 5, Essence 5
  • Prereqs: Wise Counsellor Stance

Each time the Solar succeeds at an organisational influence attempt, they may choose to gain a dot in Backing from it (up to the normal limit of the organisation’s Magnitude).
