Racing Lightning Style in a nutshell: Racing Lightning Style seaks to emulate the speed of the thunderbolt and the power of the severed electrical cable. It's form weapons are slashing swords and short swords and their artifact equivalents. It may be practiced in any armor without a mobility penalty.
