In short this is a game for Solars to make a difference in the world. They'll interact with locals and with the forces arrayed against them in the Age of Sorrows. They'll have to think about their people, and who they can safely antagonize. Leadership charms/abilities/stuff is nice but not required. Even a solar just digging ditches and smackin down enemies is valuable. And perhaps more so than the bureacrat.

It's set in the East. As the map shows. More details to follow, as the game comes closer to happening.
