The simplest way to avoid being seen is to be where no one looks. Anyone with an MDV less then twice the Sidereal's Stealth rating must spend a point of Willpower before they have a chance to notice the Sidereal. This is an Illusion effect and works even if the Sidereal would have no where normally to hide. This charm fails as soon as the Sidereal tries to engage in combat.

It is the nature that the sun shine so bright as to hide all the stars of the sky. So it is that the great ignore those who are small. Any levels of Influence or similar backgrounds a person has count as an internal penalty for looking for a Sidereal if the Sidereal so wishes. The Sidereal can exempt as many or as few people from this as they want and change who it works on anytime they want reflexively.

Many are the ways that the Viziers know to turn attention away from themselves and once you lose focus on them you will not regain it. This charm increases the difficult of rolls to spot the Sidereal by 1 for every three motes spent and can not increase the difficulty by more than her Essence. At Essence 3 a Sidereal can instead increase the cost to resist Stealth charms that require WP to be spent at the same cost. However the WP cost can not more then double what the charms normal cost would be.

Even the most glorious light of Creation vanishes completely from sight every day. A Vizier knowing this charm can use its prerequisite on others now. Doing so requires them to touch the person and they can use either benifit on them.
Veil of Stars

As they must often expand essence in the service of fate and yet remain a mystery to those they interfere with this charm was developed to at least somewhat fascilitate that. When a Sidereal has this charm active Peripheral motes of essence do not necessarily break any stealth charms she has active. Furthermore while retaining the usual caste mark and colours for her caste they lose any distinguishing features.
Earthbound Gaze Traditions

Taking a deep breath she holds it for moment then exhales slowly and breaths out. As she does so things become suddenly difficult to notice. All around her any Awareness roll that would require a success or more fails. If another charm would contest this effect add the Sidereal's Essence in successes to the contesting roll. The Sidereal herself is immune to this effect. This charm's Illusion effect makes people forget about any weird conflicts that might have come from this effect unless they spend 2 Willpower. The Sidereal is immune to this part of the charm effect. Taking offensive action against a person renders that person immune to this charm for the rest of scene.
