When taking any action augmented by an appropriate Attribute Excellency, or for which a Flawless Attribute Focus specialty applies, the Lunar may spend 3m as a noncharm action to convert [Attribute] dice into automatic successes.
Edit: Removed the "Stackable" IAI, as playtesting revealed Lunars are a fair bit scarier with multiple extra dots than anticipated.
