You know how the Sidereals have a Medicine charm that turns a slow and painful death into a quick and painless death? I think we all know what one of the starting Medicine charms should be.
Perhaps healing charms in general could heal through pain, which only fulfills the actual healing goal if the recipient praises the Primordials' divinity. That way they could triple up as healing, torture, and conversion.
