The skills of the Bishonen inspire his followers to aspire to his degree of aptitude. This charm gives a bonus equal to the user's Moe to all rolls using the Sail skill made by ten * the user's Moe crewmen.

This charm can only actually be used by someone in a position of authority on a boat to effect his subordinates. He must roll Charisma + Sail. Each success gives all of his subordinates a bonus die to their Sail skill for an entire day. This is subject to normal die-adder limits for Bishonen.
Skeleton Crew

The Exalted may divide the normal crew compliment of a ship by his Moe and operate the ship at full efficiency with only that many people. This does not apply to the ship's weaponry or marine contingents.

Your teaching methods are supreme, allowing you to transform landlubbers into sailors at an awe-inspiring pace. You can transform even the clumsiest land-liver into an expert sailor by immersing them in the work up to their necks. Up to 100*Moe people can be turned into elite sailors, with Dexterity, Perception, Intelligence, and Wits raised to 3, 3 pips of Sail, 3 pips of one Dawn ability or Dodge and a 2 die specialty of your choice.
Raft-Constructing Method

This converts part of the wreckage of a ship or part of a sinking ship into a raft, even if not all of the necessary materials are available. It cannot be used to wreck a ship by turning part of it into a raft. The method can also be used with freshly cut logs.
Scurvy-Prevention Technique

Ships can turn into plague pits and scurvy can fell even the strongest crew. This charm protects one person/mote spent, preventing them falling prey to ocean-related, ship-victimizing diseases and also helps prevent nutritionally-derived diseases like Scurvy.
Water Purifying Prana

This charm purifies enough seawater for one person's daily need for water, turning it into safe to drink, ordinary water.
Wind-Mastering Navigation

For one scene, the Bishonen bends local winds to his will, forcing them to blow his ship the direction he wants instead of the way they're actually going.
Bouyancy-Enhancing Method
- Cost: 5 motes
- Duration: One Day

- Minimum Sail: 4
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Wind-Defying Course Technique
By rendering a boat more bouyant, the Exalted can increase the ship's capacity to carry more weight. For one day, the weight-capacity (though not the actual volume) of the ship is multiplied by the Exalted's Moe.
Current Altering Prana
- Cost: 8 motes
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Simple

- Prerequisite Charms: Wind-Mastering Navigation
This allows the Exalted to create or alter or stop the flow of ocean currents. It lasts for one scene (or one day in a multi-day scene). The Exalted must roll his Wits + Sail; each success lets him change the direction of a current by ninety degrees or increase or diminish its rate of flow by five miles an hour.
