The Bishonen delivers an inspiring speech, telling the target how cool they are and how good they are at what they're doing; he then rolls Charisma + Presence. Each success gives the target a bonus die to the action they are doing; this cannot exceed their personal die-adder limits. (If inspiring a mortal, use the Bishonen limit (Attribute + Ability).)

Evocation of Virtue

The Bishonen, with a few carefully chosen words, can reinforce one of the virtues of someone he is speaking to. He rolls Charisma + Presence, adding the resulting dice as a bonus to the target's virtue for the duration of the scene. This also refreshes the target's ability to use the virtue to its normal full level.

Heroic Leadership

By his bravery, the Bishonen inspires his men. All those under his command may use his Valor rating instead of their own if it is higher. They also gain a single bonus die to all attack and defense pools.

Imposition of Virtue

• Minimum Presence: 3
• Minimum Moe: 2
• Prerequisite Charms: Evocation of Virtue

With a few words, the Bishonen drives the target's chosen virtue to new heights; he rolls Charisma + Presence with a difficulty of the target's Moe. If he succeeds, then if the target must check his virtue, he always scores at least one success, regardless of his roll. He can still spend willpower or try to use another virtue to override it, however.

Inescapable Virtue

• Cost: 2 motes, 1 WP

The Bishonen makes an opposed Charisma + Presence vs. the target's willpower roll. If he succeeds, the target is bound by a virtue of his choice and can only deny it by burning willpower to act against it.

Favorable Impression

Bishonen always make a favorable impression on those around them. For the duration of the scene, anyone without a pre-extant reason to dislike the Bishonen will react favorably to him, and treat him as they would a friendly acquaintance.

Instant Contact Method

• Cost: 2 motes / pip of Contacts

The Bishonen's charm helps to open up people to him; he can create a temporary contact network with this charm, buying one pip of contacts for every 2 motes spent, to a limit of his Presence.

Ally Summoning Method

The Bishonen's charm and grace inspires others to follow him. By using this charm, he will quickly call together a group of allies similar to the ally background, who will aid him while the charm lasts.

Devotion Inspiring Technique

The Bishonen's sheer charisma convinces a group of locals to follow him, causing him to temporarily gain the Followers background. He can buy up to his Presence worth of pips.

Invoke Respect

All around the Bishonen will treat him with respect while this charm runs. This won't stop them necessarily trying to kill him, but they'll take him seriously as they do so. Those of superior Moe can ignore this to taunt and belittle him all they want.

Wrathful Contenance

• Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP
• Duration: One Scene
• Type: Simple
• Minimum Presence: 4
• Minimum Moe: 3
• Prerequisite Charms: Invoke Respect

The anger of the Bishonen is terrible to behold. Anyone who wishes to oppose the Bishonen in argument must roll their Conviction and score successes equal to his Moe or else burn willpower. In battle, those seeking to strike the Bishonen must roll Valor equal to his Moe, or suffer a die penalty equal to his Conviction. Those of Moe superior to the Bishonen are immune.
