Heat Induction Prana
- Cost: 2 motes / -1 difficulty
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 3
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Socialize
Bishonen are innately desirable; you are doubly so. You can lower the difficulty of any seduction attempts by 1 for every 2 motes you spend; the most you can lower the difficulty is equal to your Socialize.
Unstoppable Seductive Spirit
- Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 4
- Minimum Moe: 3
- Prerequisite Charms: Heat Induction Prana
You become desirable beyond measure. Anyone who finds your gender attractive must roll willpower with a difficulty of your Socialize or else become attracted to you. Furthermore, their temperance, with regard to you, drops by your Moe. People will respond to this attraction according to their personality and whether they have any temperance left. (Those with no Temperance will tend to become EXTREMELY willing to go as far as you want; others have enough self-control left to resist SIMPLY jumping in the sack, though you may bring them around with some effort.) Those of superior Moe will not be affected.
Read Social Currents
- Cost: 5 motes
- Duration: Instant
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 3
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Socialize
At a glance, the Bishonen can assess a gathering of people and determine who is friend and who is foe, who leads, and who follows and who resents that. Roll Perception + Socialize; the more successes, the more information reaped. This takes only a few seconds observation.
Adjust Social Currents
- Cost: 8 motes
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 4
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Read Social Currents
Having learned to see the bonds between people, the Bishonen can now reach out and strengthen or weaken them. He picks a target and rolls Manipulation + Socialize. Every two successes either grants one bonus die for the scene to the target to all social die pools or one penalty die. This charm only works on others, not on yourself.
Chains of Emotion
- Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 5
- Minimum Moe: 3
- Prerequisite Charms: Adjust Social Currents
The Bishonen's control refines itself to the point where he can pick a single relationship between two people and attempt to temporarily redefine it. He rolls Manipulation + Presence with a difficulty of the highest Moe between the two targets. If he equals or beats it, he can redefine their relationship to each other however he likes for the scene. Those of superior Moe to him laugh off the affect; those of equal Moe may spend willpower to resist for turns equal to their Moe.
Politician's Intuition
- Cost: 6 motes
- Duration: Instant
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 4
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Read Social Currents
With a glance, the Bishonen can assess the best way to motivate a body of politicians to approve some measure he desires to be carried out by them. This requires Perception + Socialize with a difficulty of the highest Moe present. It is up to him to then exploit this knowledge.
Supernatural Leverage
- Cost: 5 motes, 1 WP
- Duration: Instant
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 4
- Minimum Moe: 3
- Prerequisite Charms: Read Social Currents
Everyone has their price. You can learn that of another by rolling Perception + Socialize with a difficulty of their Manipulation or Moe, whichever is higher. This reveals their greatest weakness, for which they would do whatever you want. Those of exceptionally high Temperance may well have prices beyond what you can pay... (As wiping out one of the Yozis may be a bit much to get a shrine maiden into your bed...)
Top Hat and Tails
- Cost: 3 motes
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 2
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Socialize
The Bishonen looks like he fits right into any social gathering, whatever he actually wears. He will be accepted as part of the social class and circles at the gathering, though individuals may dislike him. He only attracts any special attention if he wants to. This charm does not grant any language knowledge he may need, but everyone will accept whatever accent he may have or slang he uses.
Center of Attention
- Cost: 6 motes
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 4
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Top Hat and Tails
The Bishonen becomes the central focus of whatever social gathering he is part of; this guarantees him an audience for anything he says, though it won't necessarily convince people. This reduces the difficulty of any socialize checks by his Moe if being the center of attention is useful to them.
Social Usurpation Technique
- Cost: 5 motes, 1 WP
- Duration: One Scene
- Type: Speech
- Minimum Socialize: 4
- Minimum Moe: 2
- Prerequisite Charms: Center of Attention
The Bishonen is the rightful master of all he surveys. Should he enter a gathering and desire it, he can easily usurp control from its current masters. The Bishonen rolls Manipulation + Socialize with a difficulty of the Moe of the person currently leading the gathering (be it the chairman of the board, the speaker of the house, or the hostess of the party). If he succeeds, everyone of Moe equal to or less than him will treat him as the leader of the gathering. The usurped leader accepts this if of inferior Moe, but will remain defiant if of equal or higher Moe, and may fight back by whatever means he possesses. This leadership is limited to the normal prerogatives of the leader. (Thus, the new host of a party cannot get his guests to declare war on the Scarlet Empire, but the speaker of the house could use his new influence to try and bring this to pass.)
