No, seriously. Think of being an immortal character like that as the opposite of stunt insurance. Stunts as insurance are there because the /player/ is sticking her character's neck out, right? Well, if you want to play a character with the Adamant Skin gem and regeneration, you are deliberately screwing up the game to protect the character. That Manse is going to get destroyed, probably at the worst possible instant. Otherwise you hold the plot of the game hostage (from a metagame perspective) and (from an in-game perspective) any serious opponent is going to pry into the character's powers and seek their weaknesses. Hearthstones are great, but they are the most fragile sort of power, because all it takes is one guy with a firebomb or a hammer.
