Of Metaphysical Mindings - As a Queen's Anima flares, it grows greedy, grabbing at the Essence she used to power sorcery. She reduces the cost of all sorcerous effects she casts by the current Tier of her Anima, while those against her increase the price of their sorcery by the same.
