Crafted Primarily for the use of Dragonblooded officers in the Imperial Legions, this armor is carved with stylized representations of the element appropriate to the color Jade used in the construction of that particular suit. (*No fatigue if attuned for the magical material bonus)
Horn of Silent Mist
Blue Jade Horn Commitment: 4m Activation: 5m
When this horn is blown no actual sound is made but a radius of up to 10yds x perm essence of user becomes covered by a ground fog (maybe 12 inches deep). Within the mist no sound can be generated though sound generated outside can be heard inside.
