This is pretty self explanatory. So here is the deal, you Start at Table 1 in order to figure out WHAT it is, Then proceed to table 2 to define whether the tallisman effects Attributes( table 3), Abilities( table 5 ), or Essence and Willpower( Table 12 ) From there you continue rolling to discover the magnitude of power in your Talisman. Note- If you roll a BROKEN, that item no longer functions and is now mundane. Im thinking of making this into a JAVA APPLET, so constructive critisism is appreciated. I really want o flesh it out. Especially he first table.
