Shifting vocal cords is easy for a Lunar Exalted, even to create them where they do not exist. This Charm allows the Lunar to speak like a human when in any animal form. However, there is the question of volume - even when an insect can speak as a human, he must be close to a human's ear to be heard.

This Charm briefly renders the Lunar's mind no more complicated than that of a simple, unenhanced animal, though always a predator. Losing all capacity for language and higher cognition temporarily protects the character perfectly against all forms of mental influence. Once the character's intelligence returns, she remembers what was said or shown, but the argument has become impotent. The Lunar is unable to communicate or take any action requiring higher thought during the turns this Charm persists.
