Tepet Juno is a respected member of the Imperial society, if generally viewed as an eccentric. To some Juno is viewed as an ambition free waste of family resources, and indeed that could be considered true, after all he makes no moves militarily or politically. As far as ambition for power is concerned, to the causal observer Juno is a barren desert. Truthfully, he is something of a hedonist to some, and a canny collector to those that are close.
Juno spends most of his time (and earned money) in research and the collection of antiquities pertaining to history. Stories, books, old artifacts, all are of equal interest to Tepet Juno, though some more interesting than others, such as his interest in an ancient swordhilt in an Auction he organised through Ledaal ties to allow the Ledaal auctioneers to avoid taxation through standard distribution of a recent haul from the threshold. The links between his most sought after interests seem non-existant.
His marriage to Ledaal Ariadnei (Lady Aria to most) was both a marriage of emotion and common goals. Juno had his networks of contacts and sources in the threshold and Aria had the stores of Ledaal lore that they could both access to further their aquisitions.
Recently it would seem that Juno and his wife's stance on not involving themselves in petty politics and land wrangling has changed. Juno has been aquiring certain lands though contacts in the deliberative for trades of jade and artworks. Most of the lands in question are worthless in essence and production, so most of the ministeries involved have been more than happy to assist and increase their own personal wealth. Juno's hap-hazzard purchases dont appear to have any links or purpose. Thus far he has taken control of the foothills west of Noble after a tax issue came to light, and shortly before that a seventeen square mile of rocky lowlands and swampy forest in the valley between Arjuf and Noble.
Juno is a tall regal Air aspect with a craggy but well sculpted face. He has a ruthless handsomeness, with intense grey eyes that seem to swallow what he gazes upon. He has white hair which he keeps trimmed and brushed back. He has a very commanding aura about him, and his voice is superbly accented and very strong. Most commonly Juno wears a well fitted dark coloured suit that is almost a uniform, covered by an elaborate long jacket and cape.
Collectively Juno and Lady Aria own numerous manses dotted around the Isle, but mostly frequent a superb yet mundane home in the Imperial City. They do visit the Imperial manse, but less often than the rest of the Dragonbloods in the city. Juno does not fight, but is an exceptional warrior with an extensive collection of weapons of all the colours of Jade (plus some collector-piece weapons of orichalcum and moonsilver that he keeps well guarded and hidden. He has also purchased a Soulsteel weapon through threshold contacts).
