The shield provides one perfect defense per scene, and an additional perfect defense with the use of a stunt. It may be 'dropped' or cast aside as necessary, but it vanishes if so discarded. It may be reformed at will, and takes a turn to reform. The starmetal helm provides perfect awareness; the wearer of the Armor sees fate as it is woven, and cannot be surprised. Negate any external aiming penalties for 20 yards, and subtract two from opponent's Dodge DV due to prior awareness of their maneuvers. With 2 points of essence expenditure the armor takes on the luster and sheen of the Unconquered Sun's perfection; it provides a perfect defense per 2 motes spent. If the defense fails, the soak is 9B/10L and lasts for the scene.
