Sometimes you just need a second to reload. With this charm, which must be used before the adept's initiative, the adept ducks behind a convenient bit of scenery and yells some snappy banter at his opponents. His rapier wit compels reply in kind. The adept cannot move, attack, or use any Charms that target another person this turn. In turn, he may not be attacked or targeted by any Charms used by other people this turn.
