This style is incompatible with armor. It treats no weapons as unarmed attacks, but it's charms which are not attacks are compatible while using any weapons.

Joy in Pain's Embrace
Cost: 1 mote
Type: Reflexive
Duration: Instant
Minimum MA: 2
Minimum Ess: 1
Prereqs: None

Though it seems an unlikely coupling, the maidens of Serenity and Battles are not foreign to each other. Even in the worst situation imaginable, there is joy to be had, and a true warrior embraces pain as the price of glorious battle. When the martial artist activates this charm, he rolls a number of dice equal to the raw damage of an attack that hits him (before soak). Each success (up to a maximum of his martial arts) gives him an amount of essence equal to the attackers permanant essence in motes. After all, the greater the foe, the greater the excitement of surviving battle with him.

Joy in Betrayal Attitude
Cost: 5 motes
Type: Reflexive
Duration: One Scene
Minimum MA: 2
Minimum Ess: 1
Prereqs: Joy in Pain's Embrace

The Martial Artist leans to embrace betrayal and suprise, and draw sustenance from such activities. For the remainder of the scene, whenever he attacks an enemy from behind, or when he attacks someone who does not consider the martial artist an enemy, he rolls his permanant essence. He gains a number of motes of essence equal to the number of sucesses on this roll.

Joyful Departure Method
Cost: 5 motes
Type: Reflexive
Duration: One Scene
Minimum MA: 2
Minimum Ess: 2
Prereqs: Joy in Pain's Embrace

The martial artist embraces the philosophy of journeys, leaving a place of happiness behind, to find yet more happiness ahead. Whenever the martial artist regains essence from a stunt or effect, he may joyously leap a number of yards in any direction equal to the number of motes recieved, reflexively. This does not count as a charm use.

Joy in Adversity Stance
Cost: 5 motes
Type: Reflexive
Duration: One Scene
Minimum MA: 2
Minimum Ess: 1
Prereqs: Joy in Pain's Embrace

As per Exalted: The Sidereals, pg 180

Cerulean Lute of Harmony Form
Cost: 6 motes
Type: Simple
Duration: One Scene
Minimum MA: 4
Minimum Ess: 2
Prereqs: Joy in Betrayal Attitude, Joyful Departure Method, Joy in Adversity Stance

The martial artist assumes the stance of the Maiden of Serenity, when she makes her sign against the world. The martial artist knows a secret. There is a limited amount of joy in the world. For every spark of true happiness, there is an equal amount of despair. Lucky then, that he is fated for sucess, even at the cost of others. Whenever the martial artist regains motes from a charm in this Style, he may choose to have an enemy he can see lose the same number of motes (up to his Martial Arts per charm), as his serenity comes at the price of theirs. In addition, only half (round up) of the cost of the charms in this Style are considered commited, while he is under the effects of the form charm.

Lover's Sigh
Cost: 2+ motes
Type: Reflexive
Duration: Instant
Minimum MA: 5
Minimum Ess: 2
Prereqs: Cerulean Lute of Harmony Form

The martial artist smiles amorously at his foe, and sighs contentedly, as his body relaxes against his foe. Even the most sadistic and vile foes pause, when confronted with this serenity. The martial artist may subtract one sucess from a roll to clinch the martial artist for every 2 motes he spends.

Coils of Passion
Cost: 2+ motes
Type: Reflexive
Duration: Instant
Minimum MA: 5
Minimum Ess: 3
Prereqs: Cerulean Lute of Harmony Form

The martial artist clings to his foe like an amorous lover, as he does not relent to let his partner leave. For every two motes spent, he may add 1 automatic sucess to his unarmed martial arts attacks while in a clinch, when trying to clinch, or when preventing an opponnent from leaving the clinch. He may not add more sucesses than his permanant essence to an attack.

Kiss of Stolen Bliss
Cost: X motes
Type: Simple
Duration: Instant
Minimum MA: 5
Minimum Ess: 3
Prereqs: Coils of Passion

The martial artist imbues himself with an essence sucking kiss, both seductive and dangerous. If he kisses his foe (a normal ma+dex attack, if the target is wary of him, but requiring no roll if in a clinch or hold) the foe loses as many motes as the martial artist spent on this charm. The martial artist gains half as many motes, rounded down. The martial artist may not spend more motes powering this charm than his martial arts + appearance.

Chains of Love and Bondage
Cost: 1 WP, 10 motes, 1 HL
Type: Simple
Duration: One Scene
Minimum MA: 5
Minimum Ess: 4
Prereqs: Lover's Sigh, Kiss of Stolen Bliss

The martial artist forges chains of slavery and love, of freedom and of consequence, between the particpants in a struggle. Whenever the martial artist would gain essence from a charm in this style, he may have one ally in line of sight (or his partner in a Lover's Oath if any, regardless of distance) regain that essence instead. If the martial artist is a Sidereal, or learns this as a Sidereal charm, he may enhance it with a prayer strip of the expectant maiden. If he does so, the prayer strip wraps around the martial's artists throat, glowing a soft and muted blue. Whenever one of the martial artist's allies (as defined above) gains essence from a charm in this style, they may make a target in line of sight lose the same amount of essence.
