Temple’s Vigil

Temple’s Vigil was forged by Calistryx, the questing soul of Jacint, for her proxy the akuma Temple. It is part of a set of equipment known as Temple's Vestment.
Temple’s Vigil was crafted using a special alloy of Malfean Bronze and dust culled from cliffs shaped by Adjoran’s Winds. The Helm bears the faces of Adjoran’s Four Daughters engraved upon it. The South faces to the rear, the West to the left, the East to the right, and the North takes the form of a face plate which splits down the middle and is hinged on either side. The powers of Temple’s Vigil only take effect if the face plate is closed and the user commits an additional 3 motes.
While Vigil is activated the user cannot be surprised and is always considered to be aware of an attack targeting his person. In addition the user may make a free, reflexive perception + awareness roll once a round.
At any time Calistryx may see through the eyes of any face on the helm. Though she is capable of enchanting her own vision, she is incapable of using charms through the helm, including those that only require line of sight.
