Chi pools = essence pools.
Solar schtick: large, simple bonuses. +20 to X action, +30 to Y action. Solars get two essence pools, depending on caste, which are designated as personal, the other three are peripheral. Dawn get Crimson/Jade, Zenith get Jade/Gold, Twilight get Silver/White, Night get Crimson/Silver, Eclipse get Gold/White.
Sidreal schtick: poor bonuses (5, 10 at most), but ability to turn luck and fate to their advantage. River and joss-enhancing mechanics. Possibly, 1 mote per + or -1 on river and joss dice.
DB schtick: unknown. Stacking bonuses destroys some of the simplicity in "best bonus, worst penalty, ignore all else". Need to find some way to make them a contender in groups, since that same rule makes it very hard for things to work in unison.
Lunar schtick: shape-shifting, smaller but more permanent stat bonuses than Solars, possibly utilizing some sort of secret art-based system.
Abyssal schtick: same as Solars, except in reverse and affecting other people. Huge penalties dropped on targets.
Other possibilities: differing sorts of chi pools for different types of exalts. Likely only fluff.
