Second Editions Lunars Now Excellencies

Excellencies I, II, and III remain unchanged, except that the limits are now based on attributes instead of abilities. Round up for the second and third Excellencies.
The Fourth Excellency is the success-buyer. 1m per die converted to a success. This removes the die from the dice pool, hence the lower cost.
The Fifth Excellency is the scenelong att-buff. It can up to double the attribute in question for a scene, but the Essence is committed.
