1. I decided that Exalted needed hovercars, and to that end I believed that instead of making them real, a Solar would make them out of pure Essence first. This is the first of many cross-ability Charms -- most involving Occult and/or Craft.
2. The other thing, is that I'm basing these around the extant Ride and Sail Charms. I'll adjust them a little at a time.
