DragonBlooded Larceny Charms by FatR

Flyid Hand Style

 Cost: 2m
 Mins: Larceny 4,Essence 3
 Type: Reflexive
 Keywords: Combo-OK
 Duration: Instant
 Prerequisite Charms: Naked Thief Style

This Charm allows the Dragon-Blood to snatch things from others, pick locks and do other larcenous things with such fluid grace, that he literally can do this while blindfolded and fighting against half-dozen opponents. Ordinarily even the simplest Larceny actions, such as pickpocketing, take a miscellaneous action. But using this Charm allows a Dragon-Blood to perform one of such actions reflexively. This is not only makes them less noticeable, subtracting the Exalt's Essence in successes from any roll to notice them, but also easily allows tricks such as snatching a sword from the foe's scabbard in the middle of combat and using it to pierce this very foe before he even notices that something is amiss.

This is a reflexive Charm that can be used freely without the need for a Combo. However, the Dragon-Blood is limited inusing the Charm as follows: The Charm can only be activated on a tick when the Dragon-Blood performs an action, and it can be activated only once per tick.

Theft of the Life-Giver

 Cost: 4m,1wp
 Mins: Larceny 5,Essence 4
 Type: Simple
 Keywords: Combo-OK
 Duration: Instant
 Prerequisite Charms: Fluid Hand Style

This terrible Charm permits the Child of Daana'd to commit the ultimate theft - to steal water directly from the body of a foe. He simply concentrates, and makes a gesture in the direction of his chosen target, who must be who must be visible and within (his Essence x 10) yards. The Terrestrial's player makes a (Manipulation + Larceny) roll and the opponent makes a reflexive (Stamina + Resistance) roll to defend. This attack cannot be blocked or dodged. If the Dynast receives more successes than the opponent, he inflicts a number of dice of lethal damage equal to his Larceny plus any extra successes on the (Manipulation + Larceny) roll that can only be soaked by victim's Stamina.

I'm confused about Theft of the Life-Giver. Who is/are the original author/s? It is nearly identical to IsawaBrian's charm of the same name, and this page seems to have been created more recently, so I thought I'd ask here. -WillCoon
