The Dragon-Blooded has a heightened sense of loyalty towards a particular group of people be it to his Sworn Brotherhood, his Household, The Scarlet Empire or even the Dragon-Blooded as a whole.
Social attacks that directly oppose his loyalty to the group in question are ignored as unacceptable orders. The weakness of this charm however, lies in the conflicting loyalties that can come from being loyal to a group of people.
Should internal conflict occur, the Dragon-Blooded receives a measure of protection from social attacks that attempt to move him from a position of neutrality, adding his Integrity in successes directly to his MDV (which specifically do not count towards dice added through charms).

For the duration of the scene the Dragon-Blooded can instantly dedicate herself to another Dragon-Blooded, creating a positive intimacy towards him. If the target of this charm is already the subject of a positive intimacy the Dragon-Blooded gains an additional dice towards teamwork efforts and other attempts to aid their companion directly.
Should both Dragon-Blooded use this charm, they instead gain +1 success.
