Setup
This game will be a group of Outcaste Dragon-Blooded operating a small Mafia in Nexus.

Rules
Normal Exalted combat
Characters start with 35 xp to reflect their established crime syndicate presence.

Description
Based in the House of Garlands, located in the Cinnabar district.
