Pain 2

Cost: 3 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Simple
Min. Martial Arts: 5
Min. Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Extra Action

The target is paralyzed by paroxyms of pain. If this blow enahnced by this charm does damage, the target rolls Sta+Resistance at a difficulty of the martial artist's essence. Failure leaves the victim utterly unable to move or react (except to cry out in pain) for a number of rounds equal to the amount he failed the roll by.

Loss 2

Cost: 5 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Min. Martial Arts: 5
Min. Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Pain 2

The target of this Charm loses the will to fight just as she delivers a blow. The martial artist, for a moment, reminds her of something that the attacker loved and lost. After damage is rolled but before it is applied, the martial artist rolls essence. Each sucess on this roll subtracts one HL of damage before the martial artist takes it.

Min. Martial Arts: 5
Min. Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Extra Action

Every pain of the black claw is matched by an equal pleasure, and each attack serves but to draw the increasingly unwary target in. When blow enchanced with this charm does damage, the target loses one sucesses from a dodge or parry attempt (But not both) to defend themselves from the martial artist, cumulatively.

Composite 1

Cost: 6 motes
Duration: Instant
Type: Supplemental
Min. Martial Arts: 5
Min. Essence: 4
Prerequisite Charms: Allure 2, Loss 2

Bringing together, pain, loss and allure, the martial artist causes a blow to go astray. This martial artist immediately rolls his full dex+MA against a single attack he is aware of as a martial arts parry. If he gains a number of sucesses equal to the permanant essence of the attacker, the attack is directed at one of the attackers allies in range, if any. They must defend against the attack as if it was directed at them the entire time.

Composite 2

Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP, 1 HL
Duration: A year and a day
Type: Simple
Min. Martial Arts: 5
Min. Essence: 5
Prerequisite Charms: Composite 1

The victim is struck with the pure and utter strength of the black claw. The victim immediately rolls Res+Stamina against the martial artists MA+Permanant essence. If the victim loses, they are wracked by horrible, searign agony, and left utterly and totally helpless, unable to acess essence, use charms, or take any other actions at all, including reflexive or purely mental actions. Each day they are subjected to this torment they lose a point of temporary willpower. This lasts until the charm ends, the essence is decommited, the victim is cleansed with magics of the solar circle, or the martial artist dies. If the victim /wins/ the roll, they suffer a wound penalty equal to the permanant essence of the martil artist for the remainder of the scene.
