In light of 4th Attribute Augmentation from Alchemicals, I rewrote Impossible Attribute Improvement to be something a Lunar can get in-game, and something that isn't a COLOSSAL WASTE OF EXPERIENCE.

Prerequsite Charms: Either Flawless (Attribute) Focus or Instinctive (Attribute) Unity.
The Stewards may achieve raw power that causes even the Solars to take pause. The Lunar permanently raises her current and maximum ratings for a given attribute by 1. This is considered a natural bonus, not dice from charms, and augments any appropriate excellency use accordingly.
The Lunar may take this charm multiple times for a given attribute, but no more than her Essence /2, rounded down; thus, a second purchase may be made at Essence 4, a third at 6, and so on.
