Tepet Turen Radiant Tiger

Short version (longer version to come): born to a nearly patrician family of House Tepet, Radiant Tiger joined the local immaculate temple at a young age with his sister, River's Poem (TepetTurenRiver'sPoem). His sister had the divine fortune to exalt as a Water Aspect and started studying the Water Path.

One day, a few years later, a Wyld Hunt arrived at the temple, announcing that auguries had shown that one of the Anathema had erupted here. Radiant Tiger, being the temple's liaison with the public, greeted them and welcomed them into the temple, informing them that no Anathema had yet been sighted. So the Wyld Hunt stayed for the night.

That night, a pack of hungry ghosts attacked the temple, and just as it seemed like the monks would be overwhelmed, Radiant Tiger shone with a great light, and used his power to smite the unholy things attacking his adopted home. He heard a great booming voice tell him, "I exalt you in my service to fight the unholy things of this world. Go forth knowing that you are a member of the Zenith Caste of Solar Exalted, and all that you do is with the favor of the Unconquered Sun."

However, that was when the Wyld Hunt arrived from their beds, and they knew the Anathema for what he was and attacked. He barely managed to survive, and faced a showdown with his sister. She let the weakened Solar live, sending him away with a promise that if she saw him again, she would not hesitate to kill him.

(This was a prelude I ran with a player, but the game got scrapped. I'm starting it up again before too long, and he's going to play the same character.)
